I escalated it to a claim from a dispute near Paypal
And this is what has happen so far:
1.)Dispute escalated to a claim
2.)Seller responds to claim (10 days)
3.)Buyer reviews seller's response
I don't know how to respond

Go to your paypal tale, then click on resolution center tab. From in attendance it will show you all busy disputes. If the seller have responded, you should be able to reply in that. If you are unable to do that, look to the right of your peak and it will show you different options that you can choose from to verbs. I know this isn't step by step, but it has be a very long time since I've have a paypal dispute. I do know that if it cannot be resolved, in some cases paypal will repayment you the money. I got mine put money on.
