We have a group of citizens from the military staying here. They made rez's for 8 more rooms tonight, and already had 8 rooms contained by house. The rate for them is @ $53.99+tax per night. Regular rates for military discount or any discount for that event are $53.99 for king, and $58.49 for 2 queens during the week (Sun-Thu). Somehow they got $53.99 for adjectives rooms, so I just made the rez for tonight @ that rate because I didn't want to listen to them gripe something like "So and so got this rate why didn't I" because I hear that adjectives the time. They are staying a minimum of 4 nights. Some of them are staying 6 or more night. He wants to shift the rate for remaining rez's from $53.99 to $59.99, $5 more per room.

I used to work at Super 8! I worked overnight and always met the WEIRDEST general public. One guy came within drunk with a bucket of chicken wing and fell down the stairs. Then one guy asked if I'd take a tub with him. Then some girl come to the front desk wearing only a t-shirt and asked for a reimbursement because her date couldn't "get it up"! And how could I forget almost the gay guys who frolicked around the hotel in spanky pant for an hour.
Having said that, I think your boss is man unreasonable. We were other given the authority to take for a moment bit off the price if we feel it was appropriate. There be tons of times when we were really void and I'd give culture discounts on rooms. It was never a big traffic.
And even if he does have a HUGE problem next to this, the fact is you already told them what they'd be paying. He desires to honor that, even if he doesn't agree with it.

As far as credit go, a short sale would be better...since you will in actuality have to discharge the difference back to the dune in the form of debt.
