While I agree next to you in view and I would live in the utopian place you speak of, and I too expect that the founding fathers of the USA never forsaw corporate rule and it will be the US's downfall, allow me a moment or two devil-advocating:
America's foundation is in the open market system. That essentially means that if you manufacture something that people want to buy, you get hold of something for it and your efforts (and time, money) are not thin. Anyone can do this and make abundantly of money, in supposition. So for the sake of argument, let's assume you are this self-made person and turn to step 2-
Bob across the street (or in China, Canada, Turkey, etc...) see what you are doing and he has the critical tools in his garage to do indistinguishable thing, so he does. That puts pressure on your "widget" within the markeyplace and suddenly you are making less money and your children (and employees) are starting to look a moment or two thin surrounded by the belly. You have to compete, that's the open market system. There is really no way to own the whole souk to yourself except in exceptional cases (even look at Microsoft and their anti-trust problems with the parliament.) So thus there is never "enough" money. Once the issue of a "going concern" is passed (where a business can support itself and it's organization in the bazaar continuously), the business owner and her manager enjoy to share the same delirium and compete. It is a fight to stay contained by that 40% of the population, and if you are not there, surrounded by America anyway, there is other the looming possibility that you can achieve the 40th percentile place. That is why we, as a public, do not hang or stone Ken Lay (Enron) to extermination - there is other the possibility that we could BECOME him and that would be okay..
But look at the flipside of the market system. Has communism or socialism done economically in the world? Social structures break down at the worker horizontal, and the products they create are not to the quality that a competitive worker because why would they own to be? The worker works eight hours, and no matter how capably he or she works the pay is one and the same. But like it or not, the world works on the bazaar system as well, since the naissance of time, and a communist country still has to compete contained by that market.
So until we own a world-size government we are stuck surrounded by the market system, and those countries that operate surrounded by the market system are better qualified to compete, because they compete surrounded by thei neighborhoods, their cities, their states, etc... it is only organic to compete in the world as all right.

I was wondering if a cell phone company can double dip on incoming primer messaging. My daughter had 300 some incoming text and only 100 some outgoing. She get charged both ways. Now a majority of those are from friends that go thru indistinguishable company as her, others are from different cell companies. Now my question is how can these companies double dip on ppl near texting? How is that they can charge two ppl for the same file mess.?

Read your contract. They are charging you for sending the message out and reception a message. Technically not double dipping, since it is a different type of charge. You can turn off your phone’s capability to receive text messages. However, if your daughter is running up course book charges you can take her phone away, turn bad the text service, or increase your plans allotment of monthly text.
i'm not sure about the imperative but ALL cell phone companys charge incoming and outgoing text messages to product money. so im guessing there is no decree or there is an exeption. thats why i'm not permitted to text :(

Yes, if you know what carrier it is going by, call for their 800 number. At the automated menu, choose to speak to a representative. Or just dawdle, and you'll eventually be transferred to a rep.

They are not allowed to specifically ask for or use alimony, child support or seperate maintanence UNLESS you contribute it.
I use to work at a Mortgage Company. Yes, they can use your Child Support as income if you can prove you have be and will be getting it for a specified amount of time (and that depends on the bank). From my experience the best track I have found is to connect up with some of the survey sites and also some affiliate programs, some scam you or never remuneration but some do have a clothed pay out. I’m not saw the thousands some promise you but an ok amount of spare cash.

your letter mover does not deliver parcels. In some cities large parcels are deliver by a separate driver who would not know of your requests.

You can have the packages deliver to your office (or a friend's office) - that's what everyone I know does. I reason you would have to clear to get post at the ups store, and the post office won't hold your e-mail unless it is sent special delivery, which again, would cost you superfluous delivery charges.
