Sales is, or should be, all just about customer service. So many individuals these days are frustrated near sales citizens who don't seem to charge at all whether or not the customer leaves delighted. Train your staff to do things the old fashioned method - service with a smile, introduce themselves to their customer and ask the customer's cross - then use it, find out what the customer wants/needs and relieve them find it. For example, they may be looking at one or two pairs of shoes, but end up not wanting any. Train your staff to ask the customer what they're looking for in a shoe later offer suggestions.
Of course, the customer may start conversation about other wishes which may be out of your department. Encourage your staff to become familiar next to every department of your store. You could give them some time respectively week, paid, to "shop" the store - budge through each department to see what's on Dutch auction, what's new, etc.
Think roughly speaking what you want as a customer, and tell your staff to mull over the same bearing, then train them to draw together those needs. You can also try have brainstorming sessions with your staff - they may hold some ideas on areas that they'd approaching training on too. And remind them that a happy customer will come hindmost again and again, but a customer who feels close to they've been given special treatment will not only just come back, they'll bring friends!
I guess that you should remind them about:
1. eye contact near the customer; smile and greet them sincerely. Avoid sounding monotonous or ignoring a customer entirely.

All I had to find out be my flatmates password and they were fine next to it. so u gotta know the password to get anywhere, and afterwards you can say it is a reciprocated account and thats how u know the password.

If deliver to a residential address the driver can deliver anytime before the completion of day, however they typically deliver 7am to 9pm. BUT, technically the finish off of day is midnight.
In my honest assessment without seeing the scan, you won't get your carton tonight. Then again I have see drivers deliver at 11pm. Normally during Christmas though.
Just because the scan says out for transference doesn't really mean you'll capture it. (most UPS people wont narrate you that though because it throws their guarantee services out the window). Sometimes drivers can't find the address, the package doesn't hold a clear address or the driver just missed your stop. But I wouldn't suggest departure the house now.
