I purchased an item from ebay and the seller never sent the item and immediately they have also closed their ebay details. I filed a dispute and claim beside paypal and now im waiting for an answer. The street trader won't respond to emails so obviously he is a cheat. If the armour goes within my favor will I receive my money back from paypal? What if the dune account the vendor used on ebay is closed or doesn't have fair funds to retrieve a refund, will paypal reimbursement me? How does it really work?
