Delete and disregard the scammers! Personally, I never open anything from anyone that I don't know, it's too jammy to get your computer wipe out.

i looked at seller nickweber on ebay and it say you are not selling items. You can cancel a encyclopaedia for a variety of reason (ie, the item is no longer for sale, is undermined, yada yada) so if you want you can have the being paypal you the money (no ebay item # needed) and then overthrow your listing. Dont repeal the listing until the money is within your account (even if it say pending, unless it's secured) and clearly don't ship anything until you have the money. I looked for the almanac to see what it was to capture an idea how much shipping would be but as I stated, i couldn't find it, newly remember that you're shipping overseas and it could be quite costly depending on the item. OF course check the costs of how much it would cost you to ship the item to him first. if he refuses to distribute u the payment first, forget him its a scam.

I can't tell whether or not it's a spoof, can you contact the woman and verify her request? If it's legit, can you unlist an item or tag on a buy it now preference? In any case, I wouldn't ship the item until the expense cleared. Offering you $750 for a $500 item sounds fair since she's including the cost of international shipping (with insurance, presumably) surrounded by the $750. Since she's paying through Paypal, as long as you can prove that you've shipped the item, any dispute she might have to stiff you of the money would be rejected.
