I happened hold a very doomed to failure shopping experience today and I'm all worked up almost this. But this is not the first time and I notice it is getting worse and worse. I own decided to:
Return sub-quality products to the store of purchase. From immediately on, I will save adjectives my recipts for 30 days. If any product does not A) do what it says, or B) breaks inside 30 days, I will return it to the store for my money back.
I will no longer tolerate poor customer service. I expect sale people to be A) up to date, B) professional, C) courteous, D) helpful. If I do not receive service that pleases me, I will contact the owner, coordinator, customer service department, and/or the corporate headquarters of the business.
I want to see change! I want talent products for my hard-earned money! I want to be treated properly by sales professionals! I've have it! But, I can't do it all on my own...Who will bond me?...Please...

I'm with you and already do plentifully of this. However, I also take the time to contact the manager/owner when I receive perfect service.
I also want knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and cooperative service. I was a retail controller for years and getting good abet was my biggest issue. When the earnings is low and the benefits are minimal, you aren't going to find people who are feeling like to spend their free time studying every new product that comes out.
Most of my staff have no intention of being "sale professionals." They were clerks within a store performing a job until they finished institution or found a better job. The corporation treated them as disposable and they responded beside a similar attitude. Some tried harder than others but none of them were planning on making a work out of being an $8/hour sale associate. Anytime I had to bring contained by new lend a hand, customers could forget about the "knowledgeable" fragment as it took new body several months to get up to speed on adjectives of our products.
Keep in mind, customers own gotten ruder and more abusive as capably. The customer is not always right and abhor being told no. I would do what I could to relief them out but there be times when the requests they made were simply ridiculous. Quite frankly, after years of those type of experiences, I wasn't the friendliest on the sale floor any more so I got out of retail. So various of our customers were freshly out to cheat us by using fake coupons, hoarding typos, bogus price matching, etc that I get very cynical towards our customers. One customer even showed me the website he used to track pricing errors and public notice mistakes that retailers made.
My last comment on the deterioration of customer service: self serve checkout lane. Remember when the cashiers unloaded your basket for you? Now you hold to put the items on the counter yourself but I absolutely discard to scan groceries unless I am on the payroll of the store. These are not a convenience for me but a sad sign that stores no longer consideration about their customers adequate to staff their stores. I am a customer, not an employee and I am not interested within doing their work for them.

You get my vote. I have taken to walking into a store getting the phone number, Calling the store asking for the head and telling them I am contained by electronics or any other dept. I then utter you have 2 minutes to gain a knowledgeable sale person here to assist me or surrounded by 2 minutes I will call cooperate headquarters and they can beckon you to assist me. It has worked for me.If I acquire a poor response I vote with my foot and never return.In the town I live I get great service and better advocate from sales staff presently that they understand Help me or loose your mission

I purchaced an item on ebay on July 9, and I have however to recieve it. Payment was sent through foot pal like peas in a pod day the auction done, and has cleared. I emailed the merchant July 12 to check the shipment status, and was told it would be going out that daytime (usps priority mail). Last week I emailed the seller again, stating i have not recieved my item, and requested more information about shipping (exact date, and method, tracking # etc) he told me he would distribute me a tracking number by that night. This be almost 5 days ago, and I have hear nothing from the merchant.
A couple days ago, I opened an item not recieved dispute next to paypal and have have no response from the seller.
Im of late wondering what the next steps I should embezzle are as far as leaving feedback, what to do if I dont recieve a response from salesperson... im new to ebay, so i enjoy no idea.
