You should ask your neighbors if they have anything to provide. It will bulk up your sale and get more people stop by. With the constrained items you listed, you will own a lot of empire slow down, but drive right on by. If not that, then see if any neighbors are going to own a sale and try to coordinate the sale for the same weekend. You can share the cost of the promotion and people want out neighborhood sales where on earth there is more than one Dutch auction on a block.

If you can live short the item its not that big a deal if you go and get an unpaid item strike. Ebay gives you a couple of oops. I have a problem with an international public sale and I refused to take-home pay. I got an unpaid strike, but it didn't affect my feedback or anything. I am lately more careful immediately.

You could try asking if he'll adopt paypal if you pay his fees - it costs seller extra to receive a payment contained by a currency other than their own.
Other than that, it looks similar to you'll need to draw from an international money order. You used to know how to get these from the post organization, not sure if that still applies though.

If your buying it from eBay.com then I'd include a customer ID or Item # or if it is from another website only put whatever info. they hand over you to make the transaction easier. You don't enjoy to put it in a pallid envolope a white one will work just fine. You can walk to the Post Office and get a Money Order for more or less $1.05 from what I recall. I walk there repeatedly and their prices changed but I believe that is the current price. Most liquior stores get money orders as resourcefully. The liqiour store here carries money lay down for about 15 cents cheaper but I don't deem they track them. You can track all Money Orders you buy from the Post Office if they bring back lost. They charge you about $4 to do so though. If Paypal is an prospect I would choose Paypal because they get the salary almost immediately! But it cost almost 20 cents more than a Money Order.

It used to be you could do this. But the eBay fees are base on the selling price, so they were losing out. They changed it and presently you have to charge a believable fee. If reported you could lose your privileges and hold the item removed.
If Ebay catches you or someone reports it you will find suspended. They have inhabitants who look through auctions all afternoon and night merely to catch stuff approaching this. Just pay the fees man.

A one cent, $99.99 shipping listing looks giving of sketchy, and probably a good number of ethnic group won't bid on it for that reason, because they're afraid you'll rip them bad or that the auction will get pulled.
Thus, instead of have a bidding war that might own raised the price up to $110 or something, you might not even get $100. You're probably better off paying the register fee.

I am seriously considering to buy an existing website & domain name which have been up & running for a few years on the internet.
The purpose that the website & domain is up for sale is that apparently the owner does not own enough time to devote to it, due to other comittments, close to full-time job & relatives (this is their side business). Owner says within is no other reason for the public sale.
However, my friend has caution me & said that it might be possible that I may be liable for any debts that have be run up in the label of this website if there are any.
If this really is the luggage, how best to find out if there are any debts? Can I really rely on the owner of the website to be truthful beside me? How do I ask without offending them? I guess I should also consider that they may be totally existent in need to sell a accurate business. (One might ask though - if it really is that good, consequently why sell it?)
