Wal-Mart is evil. They promise to bring jobs to areas but what they are really doing is cause smaller businesses to close, putting people out of work. The job they do create are part-time, where on earth generally, the businesses they put out are full-time positions. Even next to recent court rulings, they manage to sneak lower than the rules by making the part time hours beneath the amount that would require some sort of insurance.
They make threats to local government to get their method. If they want to build in an nouns that is not suitable, they will threaten to verbs out of the area completely or move into a neighboring nouns taking the tax dollars away.
I own not shopped in a wal-mart contained by many years and I hold no plans to ever set foot in one again. Sure they enjoy low prices, but you get what you settle up for.
