Don't use a debit card. Use a regular credit card like VISA.
Debit cards work differently than credit cards. There is no "balance" to survive or serve as a buffer between you and the merchant. If you have any problems beside the item or the purchase, you will have the upper mitt with a credit card transaction, and money can be returned beside greater ease. If you use a debit card, the money is pretty much long gone, and much more difficult to get better.
And there's no Start Date.only an Expiration Date.

I've never seen that and I've bought a great deal of stuff online. Make sure you're buying from a reputable and secure site. Once you're sure of that, try calling their customer service department. They'll know how to help you.

In general your answer is yes. It's call prior art. You can use prior art to great a new exclusive rights.
Best to get a perfect patent attorney to assist out so you don't get into trouble. And I be a sign of GOOD. There are a lot of schlock official document attorney's out there. It's isn't glib to create a broad, sustainable patent. Most guys will throw something together that will endorse a patent examiners scrutiny, but won't hold up surrounded by court if push came to shove.

OK hi again. In light of your monthly budget, raffle and drawings seem the most straightforward (keep the cost going on for the same no event how many mortgages you write). Otherwise, you own to guess how many you'll own that month to decide how much to spend on respectively customer, right?
The free mortgage payment raffle is the solely thing I can presume of that will draw people. I don't know if I would jump to one place over another just for the -chance- to win a TV or something. when someone KNOWS they're getting something that make it more tempting.
So, let say you hold ten customers in a month (I know nil about this business, really, so that may be track off). That would give you 100-300 per mortgage. That might be adequate for a landscaping consult or a nice bequest card. I guess there are greatly of other things like that you could do.
Here is an interesting view. If you can think of something that you could invest surrounded by and then loan out, that might be elegant. like, buy one of those inflatable moon bounces, and next treat each modern mortgage to a block party for them to join their neighbors (you bring out the moonbounce and $80 worth of hot dogs and cokes and chips)

When this happen to me I sent out a replacement item without suspicion. If this is a single, non-replaceable item you may have to repayment their money and use DC from this point on. You can not refund their money, but if it did obtain lost you will get a ding against your Feedback from the buyer and that stays near you forever. My advice is to chomp through it and refund their money and do it gracefully.
I conjecture it all comes down to doing what is right for you. I would munch through it because reputation is one very meaningful component of repeat and new customers. A discouraging rep will cost you future sale, so the loss today should be minimal. Look to the future sale and do the right thing.

Did you have the packet insured? I know it's too late but for the adjectives Priority mail is the opening to go. You can track it online & own it insured.
Otherwise, you may have to issue a credit or something bc the customer can trademark a claim with eBay that they never received the item & provide you negative feedback.
Check beside the post office and see if there's a tracking number. Next time you correspondence anything dealing with Ebay or sites approaching that when you mail it or UPS it variety sure you get a tracking number, I meditate you can even request that a signature is required.

Look, I ran into this problem myself, but the character turned out to be full of it!
I sold a baby swing, boxed it up and sent it feed ex instead of USPS, now the character said after a week or two that she got the swing but it be missing a piece, I told her I myself packed the box, she said no I hold the same swing and it is missing the piece after debating for 20 minutes (caught yah) she shabby her piece and tried to get another only just like it embezzle the part and claim she never received a full bag. Now she even went as far as to put within a claim with feed ex, when the part be not going to be paid for she asked be she getting her money back, I told her I know it be packaged I used a exotic box to put it in and I be not responsible for any damage. She did not hold insurance on it and wanted me to put contained by a claim, I refused and she give up very glibly.
