that explains that Sprint wireless is cancelling over 1000 contracts because those customers complain too much. They hold sent out between 1000 and 1200 termination letters giving customers 1 month to find another service provider. Sprint say these customers take up too much customer service time for problems Sprint feel are "resolved" problems.
Um, if the problems were resolved, why are your customers still upset and still calling? Obviously the problems are not resolved and instead of providing element customer service it sounds to me like Sprint would a bit cut their ties with the complainers and sweep those problems lower than the rug.
I'm sorry but I expect good service for what I remuneration for my cell provider. I actually see this as an assistance to those who are being terminated, they are individual let out of a contract and can find dutiful service somewhere else!

I reflect it's bad business too. A company who doesn't contemplation about it's complaining customers is a company that doesn't pilfer pride in it's product. I'd bet if Sprint have actually offered to tolerate these people out of their contracts at the time of the complaints, the customers would own jumped at the destiny to get a better company. Offering to tolerate complaining customers out of their contracts at the time would have be a better solution but they have very soon exposed their own bad customer service.

I don't know how you can seriously claim to enjoy a cure. What qualifications do you own? It takes years of expensive research within laboratories, and testing to identify a possible compound. Then it have to go through a long-winded series of trials, before it can receive approval by the regulators. Then a viable production process would need to be formulated. No drug company would believe you, or even listen to you.

Is this a legitimate business opportunity? And if it is lawful, how does one get into the biz minus getting ripped off by the millions of predators out near looking for desparate young couples to steel their lifesavings from near a scam?

for every one success story you read or see on tv, within are a million unsuccessful stories. I have see my friends go through this stuff and I hold to say it's not worth it.
If you really must try it out for yourself, after find something where you aren't buying the product yourself and afterwards reselling it. That is where most race lose their money. They buy all these products and afterwards can't sell them. Something resembling Amway or Arbonne is ok (still not great) because you can show off products next to catalogs and website info without have to purchase the stuff yourself. This way you are not really investing money into it.
One more thing- Be fussy not get to the salesperson attitude. You will lose friends and contact next to family. People surrounded by this business tend to badger everyone they know only just to buy their product and then their friends and family circle members don't want to answer the phone when they appointment anymore.
So as I stated before, I don't guess it is worth it.

So I steered clear of the robustness MLMs and hopped on board an MLM that offer a product I believe in next to benefits that I love (monthly calls beside authors/publicists/etc. and an annual writer's conference)
3- What's the risk? All businesses have risk and you can lose your shirt anywhere. With MLM you enjoy 3 main costs. To determine risk, you have need of to look at your costs, and then (very conservatively) look at the compensation plan and determine a timeframe by which you want to break even and numeral out how to get nearby. Another benefit for the company I got near is that they have a 1 year money fund guarantee (they do NOT want anybody losing their shirt).
4- The potential? This is the main entity people focus on surrounded by terms of "you can be paid millions and fire your boss." You're not promising to invest in some hot restaurant franchise just because your buddy suggested it...you're more predictable to research it and make sure it's not a excess of time and money. If you know and believe in what you're getting into, and you're prepared to work at it, you CAN and WILL be a success. Just don't expect it to come to pass in the first month...or even the first year. ;)

There really is no good solution. You can look for things that are made within America, which will undoubtedly be better quality, but they will probably cost more. And there's like mad of stuff out there that isn't made here anymore. If you of late want to boycott China, there's other Third World countries out there making things.

Ok, so, I am a reptile enthusiast and a poor college student. I recently plucked up the courage to spend $315 on a custom built cage for my bearded dragon knowing I'd be paying it sour for a while. I live in CA and the guy who builds the enclosure is in IL. FINALLY my stall arrives via DHL shipping but when I open it I see that it have been weakly damaged. It seem to have be roughly handled or dropped during shipping. I took pics of the blight and sent them to the guy in IL who built the cage for me. He basically said he be sorry and that I should call him if I want to database a claim with DHL and that DHL wont compensation the $55 I spent on shipping charges. My dad is offering to help me repair the stall since I can't buy a new one. So, deeply, the guy who built it can't/wont do anything for me and the people who shipped it wont compensation my shipping charge. What the heck!? What do you think I should do?

Your builder should have insured the shipment for its plus, and upon receipt of the shabby shipment, you could have file a claim for replacement with DHL. I believe the standard effectiveness is $100. unless you declare (and compensate an additional fee) more. But I would still database a claim with DHL.
