Add up the value of everything you own ... sports car, household possessions, money in the dune, next paycheck
Add up the appeal of your debts ... car payments, credit card debt, monthly expenses similar to rent, food, gasoline, taxes, insurance
Subtract your total debts from your total assets.
If you get a positive harmonize, that is your web worth
Net Worth: The excess of the value of assets over liability.
Net worth is refer to net funds employed plus the future yield. Normally we will take 3 years profits. Net Captal employed is total assets less total liability.
Your net worth is the attraction of all of your assets, minus the total of adjectives of your liabilities. Put another mode, it is what you own minus what you owe. If you owe more than you own, you have a distrustful net worth. If you own more than you owe you will enjoy a positive net worth.
Company Shares Question?
Question:
A company sells shares to procure more finance/money (rather than getting a loan). Once those shares are sold, and that money is obtain, after does the company obtain more money via those shares man bought and sold, or must it then provide more shares to get more money for further growth? Thanks x
Answers:
The latter..
Once the shares are on the unfold market via the IPO (initial public offering, which is where on earth the company raises money) the company does not pick up any more money via shares being bought and sold. The buying and selling is merely between investors.
The company doesn't make any more money from those shares that it have sold. At least once a year (often twice a year for UK companies) the company will asses how much profit it have made and give the shareholders some of that profit within dividends. The amount is usually decided by the board of directors.
The share holders themselves may market their shares if they wish and citizens will buy them at a price they think will present a good return. This cause the 'market' prices of the shares to rise and fall but doesn't take home any difference to the company. On the company books the price of the shares will still stay the same as the price they sold them at e.g. lb1 per share.
After that the company must bring to the fore more capital by any issuing more shares (although there are lots and lots of restrictions on this) or getting a ridge loan.
This is a pretty simplified version and I don't reflect on I have done it much sprite but hopefully it will give you an overview.
I would read aloud that the company does not earn any money directly from the fact that its shares are traded on the lesser securities market.
However, nearby is certain "indirect" effect. If shares are actively traded on a stock exchange, and nearby is high constraint for them, then the share price will progress up. That is always a apt thing for a company, and, to some extent, an indicator of the company's financial robustness. It means that the company may attract different equity investors in the adjectives if at some point it decides to set aside more shares to the market. In that skin the price at which newly issued shares are placed contained by the primary market may be pretty high (or particularly higher than the price of the first issue). Accordingly, the company raise more funds.
Another implication would be that the company may hold some shares as treasury stock. When it decide to release those shares, it will be able to take for them a price higher consequently the price of the initial offer or the price at which the company bought the shares put money on from the market (or shareholders).
the company will initially receive added capital from a share issue, this will increase the number of shares on the souk, and may reduce the cost respectively individual share, but share holders usually don't mind as they have more shares for their money, which can rise contained by value (or fall). However, once sold its the shareholders that form the profits, either by reception a dividend from the company, or from selling on the shares to other investors. The issuing company has received its income from the first initial share issue.
After that the convenience of the share reflects the investors confidence contained by the company's future prospects. So if the shares do in good health and a lot of investors want to purchase them the attraction of each share increases, which contained by turn increases the value of the company, which surrounded by turn allows the company to increase its investments/debt/equity.
It must issue further shares if it needs to fund growth. Once a company issues shares they remain contained by the public trading domain.However if a company wants to buy final its own shares, it can, through the same bazaar and price as the public would pay.
Once the shares own been issued the company get no further remuneration no matter how tons times they are sold on. The share owners will of course expect to achieve a dividend against profits made in the adjectives so the company will pay out more than it get initially for the shares if it is successful.
Much cheaper than a loan, but too much liquidity makes a company adjectives to takeover.

Explain the unfinished concept of supply and emergency.?
Question:
I don't get it: If supply is low, do prices walk down? Or...wait, confused. I muse there are 4 scenario...?
Answers:
If there is a great deal of supply that must be sold, the price goes down contained by order to increase constraint. If there is a controlled supply the price goes up because in attendance is more demand than supply so the items can be sold at a sophisticated price.
If demand go higher but the supply stays matching, the price goes up. If emergency drops but the supply stays the same, the price go down.
This is theorectical. It doesn't always hold true contained by real enthusiasm.
Basically, the higher the supply and the lower the constraint, the lower the prices will be. Manufacturers do not want to pay for warehousing unsold produce, so they will lower prices, hoping people will buy. That's why you see after season sale at stores.
The LOWER the supply and the HIGHER the demand and prices will rise, because manufacturer and retailers know that people will be likely to pay a complex price for a product that is harder to find.
There are various scenarios, beside complications like
* system price controls
* market speculation within futures
* how long a commodity is good for earlier it spols
* sales media hype
* location
* packaging
* hype
* monopolies & oligarchies
Supply is how much of something there is surrounded by the marketplace, such as
* gasoline for Dutch auction
* food for sale
* citizens who are looking for a job
Demand is how much associates want to buy the stuff, such as
* motorists who want to commute in their personal vehicle
* people doing grocery shopping
* employer with available job openings
In idea, if all other things are equal, which they almost never are, if supply increases, compared to constraint, then near is excess supply, and the people who are trying to deliver that supply will agree to lower pricing so that they can successfully compete near each other to go and get at the demand.
Likewise, if emergency is so much larger than supply, that there are shortages, after the people who want the product or service will be inclined to pay more so that they grasp theirs, and the people not competent to pay more will be those who suffere the shortages
Let's apply this to some indisputable world examples.
Long time ago, before price controls, when the reduction was booming, lots of job available, but close to full employment, so companies have to donate higher wages to attract possible human resources, while when the economy is contained by recession, not so many job available, so workers are willing to work for smaller number wages to get the job that are out there.
Remember ENRON and the California Enerby Crisis?.
It come out much later, that they call around to some places that generated enthusiasm & said "How about you shut down for conservation?" and that meant here was smaller amount electricity available for people nouns conditioners, so people be willing to take-home pay more money for what was available, so they would not suffer a brownout. Lowering the supply, expected the unit pricing for what be being sold go up.

Most entrepreneurs want to start their business because they are correct at what they do but they are not good at generate business. Sure word of mouth will eventually catch on but unsullied customers are very much needed within the beginning.
Some would try to do marketing and sale and some would hire or partner with others who are well-mannered at it.
