ably speaking from experience i have done and currently still do own a clothing store(second location orifice next month) i am a partner contained by a resturant, and i flip and rent real estate.out of adjectives these i would say indisputable estate by far is the biggest money maker for short occupancy and long term.my biggest flip so far be 120k, my lowest was 25k so far me and my business partner own flipped aprox. 100 homes. i am in the business of making money so i voice if you can do it flip homes but its a tricky job so spawn sure you know what you doing and that the market is right... if you cant afterwards sell clothing at hand is big mark up and lots of money to be made at hand too...the resturant is doing well we are turning a profit we only just opened contained by january so we are waiting to see how things turn out after out 1st year in business...also tolerate me tell you my brother is a entertainment promoter and owns several clubs to be precise big money as well.hope this help and be blessed in what ever you chose to do
