Don't work at WalMart but have done profusely of work with them. Every business strives to lug customers away from their competetion. One of the strengths of WalMart is the huge buying power that they have that no other cuff can compete with. The Superstore concept, while a great theory, has within some ways pushed some customers away. For example I moved my medicine from WalMart to Walgreens which is inwardly a block. Didn't want to deal near the crowds and the slowness of the process. Walgreens can't compete on the other stuff they sale surrounded by the store so you won't be able to do anything around the price issue. People will always complain in the order of price.
