I'm moving from Waterford, MI, to Louisville, KY, in September. My boyfriend already lives surrounded by Kentucky. The price for a trailer rental from Waterford to Louisville is $250, but the price for in town for like trailer in Louisville is $30. My boyfriend could seize a 24 hour rental, bring the trailer up to my apartment, have it loaded in 3 hours with satisfactory time for sleep, and be back contained by time to return it. Does anyone know if UHaul would have a problem near this, and if so, what the penalty would be?

Don't worry just about the letter wise saying their charges are justified. All the bank send out a message with similar wording to associates claiming, and it means definitely nothing, won't affect your claim within any way!
Obviously the bank can't admit they are doing something wrong, so the merely other choice for them is to deny it. Even though they`ve sent you the letter, they will rate you back your charges.

Nope... Write to them again, and say that you do not agree and you ask for them to reconsidor.
