Worth complaining to Fedex??

I had a abdication of a really badly tatterd box today by Fedex next to the sticker FRAGILE on the side. Nothing was undermined but should i complain?

No, they really don't care as long as they don't hold to pay out an insurance claim. There are casing standards because boxes go through belts, ramp, etc... The system is pretty tough on the boxes & the conveyor belts don't read stickers very all right...
It doesn't hurt, but it probably won't change anything any.

I think that you should complain. Not necessarily complain surrounded by the sense of yelling and screaming and making a fuss and asking for damages. I expect that calling and speaking to a manager, letting him know your address and bunch id number and describing him that the incident occurred. There may be something that they can do to alter the process so that your next fragile packated doesn't come put a bet on so damaged that the product can't be fixed...
If nil was dog-eared.. then they probably won't do anything but apologize. If something be damaged, they should wages you in damages for however much the insurance covers. Default is up to $100.
If it have Fragile on, and the box was undermined, you should have ask the confinement man to open the box, afterwards if it had own been diluted he could have cart it back beside him for a replacement.
As an ex-employee I can tell you what most credible happened. Ready?? A typical overworked, underpaid disgruntled Fedex hand kicked the box quite intricate out of pure anger. You see, Fedex treats their employees resembling insects. So, for every action, here a reaction. Until Fedex change alot of their policies, crushed boxes will be an ongoing trend. This is NO joke, this is THE truth. Have a nice daytime and please do not use their services if possible.
Crystal Reports and AS 400?

It's perfectly okay to articulate that, you tell him why, you don't articulate he is wrong to do it, just that it cause you distress, and then you ask for what you want.
Just make clear to him look this is a place of business & you would appreciate that he would respect you and the others around by getting quiet so race can concentrate.
