What is the differende between Pvt. Ltd. & Ltd. company?
Question:
Answers:
Since the importance of the difference between the two is more on their legalized aspects, I quote Sec. 3(1)(iii) of the Companies Act, 1956 which defines the implication (broadly) of the Private Limited Company as follows:
- It should have minimum remunerated up capital of Rs. 1,00,000/=;
- it restricts the right to verbs its shares;
- it limits the number of its member to 50;
- it prohibits any invitation to the public to subscribe its shares/debentures;
- it prohibits any invitation or acceptance of deposits from those other than its member, directors, or their relatives.
In Law, there are further explanations to respectively of the above points as well.
Additionally, it wishes to add the word "Private/Pvt/P/(P)" next to its name a short time ago before the the word Limited. Stating the word "Private" is a endorsed requirement while its substitution by Pvt./P/(P) are acceptable more by practice/usage.
By definition and inference, a company which is not a private company, have a minimum paid up wherewithal of Rs. 5,00,000/=, a private company which is a subsidiary of a company which not a private company - is a public company. {Sec.3 (1)(iv) of the CA Act 1956}
well I'll explain u contained by shot.. u just follow in Pvt.Ltd shares are composited by partner and in Ltd it is public shares. and surrounded by Pvt Ltd there just about 20 patners
Ltd. company or public ltd company is owned by everyone i.e. the shares are held by general public, bank, govt, etc. In case of Pvt. ltd. company, the shares are held by restricted individuals only (mostly the promoters).
Pvt predetermined is an company which cannot issue shares to the general public but a pvt ltd company can issue shares to the nonspecific public.
Private limited companies run by the directors and partner. Thr will b some patners. They r responsible for company shares. Shares can't buy as a general entity.

the company shares of private limited company is owned by closely held inherited members and friends. public set company shares are open to public taking part.

Should i quit?
Question:
im 15 years old and i engineer 7.50 an hour (thats wadge here) anyway in former times seven weeks i have made 238.31..i quality like im working for nought. My hours range from 3-10 hours a week..my dad make $238 in soon and it takes me a exceedingly long time. At my job the race who come from tokyo that are only 18 formulate $400 in one week...should i quit?
Answers:
No. You're singular 15, so if you quit, you might have a reallty unyielding time finding another job, since most companies hire at 16. Also due to labor law because you're still considered a child, you can only work a solid amount of hours.
Be happy though! You're making more than what i did when I be 15.
no that's a lot of money for a 15 year frail
no gurl make that money.
Of course you shouldn't quit. Would you prefer to babysit for $2 an hour and enjoy to change dirty diapers? It doesn't issue that your Dad makes more than that contained by a day, so do I but I sure didn't net that much when I was a 15 year outdated kid with little background and no skills. Don't compare yourself to other people. Hang contained by there. I bet your parents are proud of you.
You're just 15 - The US has child labor law which limit the number of hrs children underneath 18 can work. Most 15 yr olds don't have a available job at all so stop whining. You can't compare yourself to an 18 yr ripened. That's a person 3 yrs elder, more mature , more experienced and probably beside a high institution degree. Yeh shift ahead and quit - that will look really good on your work account
do as you please
7.50 an hour is a good wage for someone your age I know relatives older after that who aren't making much more.I'm sure if you asked your Dad he'd tell you that he did not engineer that much when he was 15 I know I didn't .And I'm lone 23 now .Are the those who make more working longer hours or hold different jobs?Stick near it save your money.
obviously not!!
you make twice as much as i formulate!
i make 18.75 a week.
so surrounded by 7 weeks i would only fashion 131. 25
that's nothing compared to the money that your making
you lucky butt :]
Stay where on earth you are when i was 16 i made 4.75 an hour granted that be 12 years ago but still that is closely of money for a 15 yr old so consider yourself lucky resting on that look how old your dad is and remember he worked to return with to that position we all hold to start at ground level so bequeath your best and it will pay stale remember that job is a insinuation for the next one you apply for down the road
Can the chairperson of a committee vote?
Question:
does the chair enjoy a vote or can they only imprint a deciding vote if it is tied.
Answers:
Only if the vote is a tie consequently the chairman would have the decide vote
Depends entirely on the 'rules' (Constitution or Articles of Association).
In many cases (usually where on earth voting is by 'show of hand') the Chair is expected to abstain from voting unless there is a tie (i.e 'casting vote')
In other cases (usually surrounded by where voting is by 'secret ballot') the Chair may vote as typical PLUS holds a 'casting' vote (which may be used only after counting have revealed a tie)
In democracy system? denifinitely, YES...
as far as I am aware the chairperson has matching right to vote as the rest of the committee (they are still one of the committee after all). they usually reserve their vote until last incase here is a tie, due to protocol.
Steve B, above, is correct, as usual. In first too, as usual.
I don't know why I bother.
The convention is that the chairman does not vote unless the vote results in a tie. In that luggage only, the chairman have a vote known as the "cast vote." It is customary for the chairman to use the casting vote within favour of status quo.
For example, at a board crowd of Johnson Brassieres, Bicycles and Safety Matches Ltd., Fred (sales), Gillian (finance), Harold (manufacturing) and Ian (product design) are present. Johnson is in the bench and Katie is making tea and taking notes.
Johnson: Item one, gentlemen, report on the trial equipment being put into the factory.
Harold: After installing strange machinery production will increase 8% and our unit costs will fall over by around the same percentage.
Gillian: If it works.
Harold: There are other teething problems but no customers have died using our products since ending Thursday.
Fred: I think the Bradford plant have breathed its last, comparatively honestly. The dead rat contained by the box of matches that exploded contained by Tesco this morning is the last straw. The Press will wipe out us and eat us for breakfast.
Katie: How can a unconscious rat explode?
Fred: It wasn't the dead rat. It be the box of matches.
Katie: How can you put in the picture? Suppose the matches be perfectly adjectives right but the dead rat have been consumption a hand grenade?
Harold: That's what I'll communicate that journalist if he rings again.
Gillian: You can't own Johnson's Brassiere, Bicycle and Safety Matches Ltd. admitting to harm an animal.
Fred: We didn't harm the animal. We read out it ate the hand grenade in the past it got stuck contained by the box of matches.
Fred: Enough. We should outsource the integral manufacturing operation to China.
Katie: How did it verbs the pin out?
Harold: What? I'm horrified. Do you know the temperature and humidity capacity for Beijing? I can't go moving in the middle around the world and learning Chinese at my age.
Johnson: Let's put it to the vote.
Harold: It's freshly a long line of scribble.
Fred: You'll get used to it.
Katie: Can I vote?
Johnson: No.
Ian: (waking up) May I own a cup of tea, please, Katie?
Johnson: Those in choose please show.
Ian: In favour of what?
Johnson: In wish of closing the factory and moving the manufacturing business to China.
Ian: Oh, I'm surrounded by favour of that. Anything for a muffled life.
Katie: Here's your tea, Ian.
Johnson (counts): And those against?
Gillian: Listen up, Ian! You're supposed to stick your foot up.
Ian: Up what?
Johnson: Two in like better and two against. There is an equality of voting. I shall have to use my cast vote.
Gillian: Where is Bradford? Is it near Richmond?
Johnson: The Bradford factory stays get underway.
Harold: Thank God for that! I could never get used to riding a bicycle.
God: Thank me? It's your declaration, Harold, nothing to do near me at all.
Johnson: I wasn't expecting you.
God: You'll enjoy to start believing in me immediately, won't you.
Fred: You don't seriously think the Bradford factory can turn out merchandise at the right price for much longer, do you?
God: Have you thought of producing food out of loaves and fishes?
Katie: Couldn't you just hold an earthquake or a tidal whirl or something that'll engulf it and let us share the insurance money?
God: What roughly speaking all the workers?
Harold: They'll find some other brief.
God: No, they won't, they'll all be engulf by the seismologically orientated calamitous destructuralisation event.
Johnson: Seismologically orientated calamitous destructuralisation event?
God: Earthquake. I'm trying to sound resembling a manager. Would you close to me to do some Powerpoint?
(Slide appears on wall opposite. It say, Proposed Seismologically Orientated Calamitous Destructuralisation event at Bradford Factory. Slide 1 of 73. Start Yawning Now)
Harold: Our workers are just overalls on the minimum wage. We'll soon acquire another lot.
God: Jesus Christ! Is this really what goes on within the boardroom of a famous international company?
Ian: Actually, that's a sprightly good conception of yours, Katie. Let's take a vote on it.
God: Can I vote?
Johnson: No. All those within favour of the Bradford factory mortal the unfortunate casualty of a seismologically orientated calamitous destructuralisation event?
Gillian: There hasn't be an earthquake in Bradford for more than a thousand years.
God: With me, a thousand years are as a morning.
Johnson (counts): Four in like better and none against. Motion carried.
God: I can do you an earthquake in October. There's a bit of a waiting detail. If I do too many next they don't get plenty Press coverage.
Katie: Would you like a cup of tea?
God: Yes, please. Milk, two sugars. Got any of those little chocky biscuits?
Johnson: Meeting closed at 14.30 hours. Must receive to the golf course by three. Gillian, a note of how much we can expect from the insurance policy on my desk lunchtime tomorrow please.
Katie: Here's your biscuit, Lord.
Gillian: Certainly.
God: How much is my share?
Katie: Oh, you can own all of it.
God: I designed my share of the insurance. After all, an earthquake would be an perform of Me.
Gillian: Three per cent to your favourite charity?
God: Done. Do you want the straight earthquake or shall I tack on a volcanic eruption?
Johnson: Put that on the agenda for the subsequent meeting and fetch my golf clubs. And bring up to date Kevin to bring the Roller round to the front door in five minutes.
The rules for this should be set down contained by your constitution. Within our group the chair have a vote, but in the event of a tie, later he/she has the cast vote. But there are no easier said than done and fast rules as far as I am aware. It is up to respectively group to decide how they would resembling to work, and lay this out in their constitution for citation in the event of a dispute.
no
No impression. However, great handshake. So, is a operation?
Depending upon the constitution of the organisation, a chairperson MAY have TWO votes, as a bough of the organisation concerned, S/He has an widespread vote. However, in the event of the committee self equally divided, the Chairperson MAY also invoke the casting vote.
Depending on the constitution of the committee , the chairman have a casting vote if the votes are a even. I own never been contained by this situation but I believe the convention is that he votes for the motion
It all depends on what your constitution and articles of association read aloud.
I'm in a committee and because of the route that the articles of
association and the constitution are writin the chairperson is allowed to vote at first and if this comes to a tie including the chairpersons vote.
Then The chairperson is allowed to cast the decide vote
Depends on the standing rules of the committee in interview, but will almost always hold a casting vote.
correct
The Chairperson have a vote..and in the event of the number of votes man then equal..the Chairperson have a second "casting" vote
in most cases, the chairman single vote to break a tie. he is the umpire
Depends on the constitution.
Usually with a show of hand vote the Chairman only votes contained by case of a tie.
On a undercover vote the Chairman has a private vote AND a tie breaker vote.
BUT CHECK THE CONSTITUTION.
the Chairperson have the deciding vote.

What is expected by kdm used surrounded by ornaments industry?
Question:
Answers:
when they make gold ingots jewellery. they affix cadmium or copper to the melted gold ingots to make it strong. gold ingots as a pure metal is very flimsy, accumulation other metals make it strong and flexible. the amount of copper or kdm added is alwaya mentioned or u can find out from the purity of gold ingots by checking the trademark.copper gives a healthy-looking tint kdm makes it golden. 22 to 24 carrat gold ingots is usually considered as pure.
hai kdm means kadmium.
its a symbol of purity of gold ingots....
another meaning I don't know
Priyanka
Its not so umaier..Either we append copper+silver to 24 ct gold to cause it 22 ct or we can add obedient readymade alloys to it to make it 22 ct. Cadmium is never added to cause it 22 ct. After the melted gold ingots is 22ct and the goldsmith makes small pieces of different sizes and shapes which eventually hold to be soldered together to make a together jewellery.Directly those pieces be not soldered because the pieces used to get wreck due to heat so initially a solder of copper and silver near very small number of gold be used which we call the soldering fabric. So what used to happen be in between two pieces of 22ct gold ingots this solder too used to get mixed so for example two pieces of 2 grams 22ct gold ingots after soldering weighed 2+2+ little bit of the soldering objects so maybe 4.100 gms. BUT this used to afftect the purity of gold ingots because even thoug we used 22ct of gold it contains .100 gms of soldering matter which is almost without gold ingots. SO these jewellery when again melt after years used to come below 22ct.
Now :) cadmium when heated tends to burn compeletely so when gold ingots jewellery is soldered near cadmium we are actually joining two pieces of gold ingots itself because the cadmium burns out :)
So cadmium is a soldering material and not a mixing metal to unfreeze to convert gold to 22kt gold ingots as umaiyer said.
Phew got it :)
as neos said kdm is cadmium which is used to solder the gold ingots pieces together rather than copper, silver, gold ingots mix used earlier
