DID you get a proof of posting - you should own been given the proof of posting slip when you sent the items - if you own - then you can prove it have been sent and she have no comeback on you and she will have to filch it up with the Post Office/Royal Mail for losing it.
I am on the acceptance end of something similar to this at the moment - I am awaiting TWO items from different Ebay sellers. One have sent by recorded labour and the post office enjoy lost it.
