I had made a complaint to the BBB against a leave package company contained by which I made a 30 day prior reservation and at the final minute they cancelled it ( and I had remunerated a for my airline tickets already because my package did not submit it). This is being the second week of the month since the date.
Since I faxed the company a letter explaining why I cancelled (and also the BBB), they contracted to cover their tracks a week before I be supposed to go on time off (yesterday) by saying that my reservation be ready and that they sent it to my email!! That be so low!
When they told me my reservation was cancelled a few weeks ago I even talk to the claims dept. in which they specified I be wrong because they told me I didn't qualify to recieve the reservations at that certain hotel because of my age?!
Any how, how can I receive the company from getting away with this "sleezy move" and letting them know that I want them to sign out me alone without sounding as pissed bad as I'am!
