That's true. If you want honourable workers in the US, you're going to hold to pay more than minimum wage. Why? Because otherwise there's other another minimum wage job they could step to so they don't care. People should procure paid what they're worth and perchance they would put more into their job and work harder because they are getting compensated more instead of getting paid minimum wage. The truism rings true, you get what you reimburse for. If a company pays minimum wage, then the employee(s) will most promising want to work as little as possible to earn that minimum wage.
