no it is a scam ... and they other seem to come from Nigeria. I've see a quite a few those say they be taken by this. Don't do it!
Do NOT do it. This is big time scam.
The money orders they hold are no good. You mull over they are because they look good, but when you shift to your bank to currency them, you think they will clear.
So you Western Union the money to the scammer one and only to find out days later that the money directives are not good and afterwards the bank take whatever brass you have from your report to cover them and YOU are out the money.

Overall is good. However is for a time plain, but I was checking the code and is seem like everything is within place. There is nothing wrong beside it, I would suggest adding some attention getter and also use some java scrip to net it come up first when people survey for it, so you can get more hits. There are companies that do that for you by tweeking the code a short time bit, but you can do it yourself if you take the time. Some flash animantion would really modernize it, some type of intro.
