I much prefer the 4 10 hour days. I currently work for a company that operate that way and it is wonderful. I obtain 3 day weekends EVERY weekend and on holiday weekends, I find 4 day weekends. It took rather getting used to the longer days and especially waking up previously but it only took a couple of weeks. Now I never want to run back. It's be almost 2 years since we switched over.
