In short, you can't (serious money anyway), the system is structured against you. If you are not old adequate to get a "real" undertaking, I would suggest a papper route, it is good exercise, and it is probably the most money you can manufacture before you are out-of-date enough to be employed. If you hold the time and energy, you can even lift up multiple paper routes, this will back you earn more money faster. But remember, there is alot of walking involved within paper routes, and you usualy hold to get up VERY impulsive (like 4:00-5:00am).
