Better in what approach? I have owned both and found my Toyotas and Hondas to be cheaply built, underpowered and intensely difficult and expensive to fix.
I prefer to do my own automotive work and much prefer the simplicity and durability of American designed cars. Right now I enjoy a Camaro and a Dodge truck, both of which are cheap and easy to maintian. Both hold also been as, or more, reliable than the Japanese cars I own owned.

I have a feeling that the foreign car manufacturer stick by the old adage, if it isn't broken, don't fix it. Toyota for years offered 2 engines within their trucks, never changed them, their running gear or any moving component. American manufacturers are other monkeying with their vehicle, offering different engines and options continuously, never refining a short time ago one or two and getting them to work correctly. Take Ford as an example. For years they offered the 7.3L Navistar diesel engine. It was a workhorse in need any new problems developing. Then GM offered a "new" turbo diesel. Ford scrap their 7.3L and began using a "new" suped up a 6.x Liter engine. This engine be problematic at best. It's the American idea of constant exchange without breeding that is biting them contained by the hind quarters and making foreign cars stand out.

Can I use a UPS Store address as the principal place of business of an LLC ?
Question:I am planning to create an LLC for an online and home-based type of business but my apartment's management does not allow anybody to use their address for commercial purpose. Since this is a startup, I can't afford to lease an bureau space just to own an address.Per Illinois form LLC-5.5, it says
" Address of principal place of business where on earth records of the company will be kept: (PO Box alone or c/o is worthless. "
Since UPS Stores are using physical street address instead of a normal PO BOX number, can I use it as my LLC address? For sure "records" are not at hand since it is only a mailbox, am I allowed to use it?

For the purposes of file the LCC-5, what do they do with this information exactly? Meaning, is it simply kept on directory, or would this require you to get tons of business mail to that address? Perhaps you can list your home address (your apt) for the LCC-5, but for everything else register the UPS Store address as your company's business address. I would think for duty returns, you would have to use your apt address because that's where on earth you actually work and compensate taxes.
Come to think of it, ask an attorney or CPA, since within setting up an LLC you likely are going to want the help of one or both of them down the road.
