She dressed cheaply but made sure her daughter have everything she needed. Once she graduated she moved bad of welfare. Those kind of population I don't mind giving assitance to because they are working on trying to make themselves productive member of the employment society.

2) People who abuse it: I achieve sick of people who pop out adjectives these kids and collect all this money. Or the citizens who don't do crap all daytime. They live better than working people. I created just such a plan for my race. I give them a 1 time bonus of 10% of the first year's stash. Works well. $$ other motivates people.

Been there done that. Rewards. People love to be standard for doing good things. I have an idea that the best one is to split the savings next to them (perhaps on a one time basis).

Or you can pool together the savings and contribute a prize to the best idea of the month.

Lastly, and I judge this is less successful because it is longer permanent status but offer them the opportunity to earn shares of stock within the company, then you can involve them as "owners" to increase profitability.
