I hold a full-time job, a recreational job, and my wife works full-time. We enjoy financial struggle based on olden problems (credit debt, debt to my ex-wife, etc.). We worked out a strict family budget (we hold 3 kids), and are able to do admin our finances only by following the budget.
It is not other about overall bleak budgeting skills, but we did discover we were spending deeply of money we did not need to on a whim shopping and excessive dining out.

As far as your bills are concerned tho you may want to try and stamp out things that you have payments on. Example: say-so you have 4 credit cards that your paying on try and wipe the balance out on 3 of them and just hold one to do your purchasing on.
Secondly do you own a vehicle, and if so are you paying payments on the vehicle. If you are try seeing if you can refinance your vehicle to get your payments lower, same entity can be applied to credit cards and if you have a house that your making mortgage paymenst on.
Try to cut some things out of your budget unless they are without doubt needed meaning if you allow yourself to spend 20$ a morning for lunch and dinner try going grocery shopping and make your own lunch to conserve some money. probably raison d`¨ştre your jobs dont reward jack!
