What can we as citizens of this country do on an individual starting place to reduce them?I know roughly speaking cutting what it cost us as individuals. How do we win the price per gallon to reduce?

Currently i am studying a basic Bachelor of Business Science, next to majors in both Finance and Accounting. and when i graduate i can do both my nouns honours as well as accounting honours.
