Hmm, that's a tough one. Both are evil within my opinion.
If I have to pick, I'd say the ancestors who spread the gossip minus knowing whether or not it is true.
Some controversy is good, similar to improving your business processes or methods. But discussing peoples' personal lives or problems have no place at work. Meet your co-workers someplace else to do that, if you feel you must disparage empire to feel suitable.
Personally I'm one of those who keep to myself..it's better that process, so people aren't surrounded by your business. But I always speak to everyone and my co-workers and I other get along!!

I'm going to oversimplify the situation. A lot! An undervalued Chinese currency make China's exports cheaper. American-made products can't compete with Chinese import since they are so cheap. American businesses go out of business or move production overseas (to China likely) contained by order to become competitive, so American workers lose job. Plus China have said that they will react to tariff or manditory currency revaluation with tariff of their own on American exports.
