Question:who charges who? Who makes what...etc.

the credit card company (visa, etc.) charges the merchant a percentage (i regard as around 2 - 4%), and then the mound makes $ from your interest charges.

Other Answers:
oh, yeah. It's somethin you don't enjoy to abuse by preserve spending it like crazy. BEcause you will take-home pay the consequenses of your actions. Use it judiciously if you got some.
credit card company charges the edge and the bank contained by turn charges you an interest for using the funds that have be made available to you on your behalf as they are responsible for the payment for your purchase.
In skin of the debit cards there is no such point as the money is deducted form your information whenever you swipe your card.
Credit Card Companies are owned by Banks. So debit cards are the same. This is another style for Banks to make vast profits from millions and millions of card holders. They hope you carry a go together every month because the money you pay respectively month goes to interest,(their Profit) first past the principal is touched. The send out some 4,000,000 credit card applications a month. So if newly 1 % reply think of the profit since the average stability of the card holder today is $3,000.
In the credit card business you agree to pay anything they ask you for interest, charges for transactions, devotion etc. Read the fine print; they have the right to bring to the fore your costs anytime they feel resembling it, but especially, if you miss any bill payment anywhere surrounded by the world, like to your vet or your broadsheet delivery or the local river company.
In debit card, you put money in an narrative; and the card leaks it out. If it is free of charge, usually this finances you give up the interest payable on your money, or perchance you pay fees.
ATM cards are a rip, because the inspired purpose of the bank is to exterminate actual live tellers, in your favour about forty thousand a year per gadget; but that was the start, soon they realised they could charge population for every transaction because they were "convenient".

who be the genuine 1st countriy that uses money? What other countries are claimimg?

Question:They said that many countries claimed to used money, basically want to know who are they.

Answers:
Early currency

The origin of currency is the creation of a circulating atmosphere of exchange based on a store of pro. Currency evolved from two basic innovations: the use of counters to assure that shipments arrived beside the same merchandise that were shipped, and the use of silver ingots to represent stored expediency in the form of particle. Both of these developments had occur by 2000 BC.

This first stage of currency, where metals be used to represent stored value, and symbols to represent commodities, formed the idea of trade in the Fertile Crescent for over 1500 years. However, the collapse of the Near Eastern trading system pointed to a flaw: contained by an era where within was no place that be safe to store convenience, the value of a circulating prevailing conditions could only be as nouns as the forces that defended that store. Trade could only realize as far as the credibility of that military.

Coinage

These factors lead to the shift of the store of value person the metal itself: at first silver, then both silver and gold ingots. Metals were mined, weigh, and stamped into coins. This was to assure the individual taking the coin that he be getting a certain set weight of precious metal. Coins could be counterfeited, but they also created a unsullied unit of side, which helped organize to banking. It be with Archimedes' principle that the subsequent link surrounded by currency occurred: coins could immediately be easily tested for their fine cargo of metal, and thus the value of a coin could be determined, even if it have been shaved, debased or otherwise tamper with (see Numismatics).

In most core economies using coinage, copper, silver and gold ingots formed three tiers of coins. Gold coins were used for ample purchases, payment of the military and support of state activities. Silver coins be used for large, but adjectives, transactions, and as a unit of vindication for taxes, dues, contracts and fealty, while copper coins represented the coinage of common transaction. In Europe this system worked through the medieval time of year because there be virtually no new gold ingots, silver or copper introduced through mining or conquest. Thus the overall ratios of the three coinages remained roughly equivalent.

In China, however, the necessitate for credit and for circulating medium lead to the introduction of paper money, commonly prearranged today as banknotes. In Europe paper money be first introduced in Sweden 1661. Sweden be rich on copper but because of copper's low value extraordinarily big coins have to be made. It was probably more convenient to enjoy a note stating your possession of such a coin because the coin be so big.

The era of hard and credit money

Paper money be, in one sense, a return to the oldest form of currency: it represented a store of significance backed by the credibility of the issuing authority. Drafts and checks issued privately have been within intermittent use for centuries, however, it was beside the rise of global trade that newspaper money would find a permanent place within currency.

The advantages of paper currency be numerous: it reduced transport of gold and silver, and thus lowered the risks; it made loaning gold ingots or silver at interest easier, since the specie (gold or silver) never left the possession of the lender until someone else redeem the note; and it allowed for a division of currency into credit and specie back forms. It enabled the sale of stock contained by joint stock companies, and the redemption of those shares within paper.

However, these advantages held inwardly them disadvantages. First, since a note have no intrinsic value, within was nil to stop issuing authorities from printing more of it than they had specie to subsidise it with. Second, because it created money that did not exist, it increased inflationary pressures, a certainty observed by David Hume in the 18th century. The result is that dissertation money would often front to an inflationary bubble, which could collapse if people begin demanding hard money, cause the demand for article notes to crash to zero. The printing of tabloid money was also associated next to wars, and financing of war, and therefore regard as part of maintain a standing army.

For these reasons, newspaper currency was held contained by suspicion and hostility contained by Europe and America. It was also addictive, since the speculative profits of trade and possessions creation were reasonably large. Major nation established mints to print money and mint coins, and branches of their treasury to collect taxes and hold gold and silver stock.

Legal tender era

With the creation of medium banks, currency undergo several significant changes. During both the coinage and credit money eras the number of entities which have the ability to coin or print money be quite roomy. One could, literally, have "a license to print money"; frequent nobles had the right of coinage. Royal colonial companies, such as the Massachusetts Bay Company or the British East India Company could issue record of credit—money backed by the promise to repay later, or exchangeable for payments owed to the company itself. This lead to continual instability of the value of money. The exposure of coins to defilement and shaving, however, presented the same problem within another form: with respectively pair of hand a coin passed through, its value grew smaller number.

The solution which evolved beginning surrounded by the late 18th century and through the 19th century be the creation of a central monetary authority which have a virtual monopoly on issuing currency, and whose notes have to be accepted for "adjectives debts public and private". The creation of a truly national currency, backed by the government's store of precious metals, and enforced by their military and governmental control over an nouns was, contained by its time, extremely controversial. Advocates of the old system of Free Banking repealed important banking law, or slowed down the adoption of restrictions on local currency. (See Gold standard for a fuller discussion of the creation of a standard gold base currency).

At this time both silver and gold be considered legal tender, and standard by governments for taxes. However, the instability surrounded by the ratio between the two grew over the course of the 19th century, with the increase both contained by supply of these metals, particularly silver, and of trade. This is call bimetallism and the attempt to create a bimetallic standard where both gold ingots and silver backed currency remained surrounded by circulation occupied the hard work of inflationists. Governments at this point could use currency as an instrument of policy, printing paper currency such as the United States Greenback, to reward for military expenditures. They could also set the terms at which they would redeem proceedings for specie, by limiting the amount of purchase, or the minimum amount that could be redeemed.

By 1900, most of the industrializing nation were on some form of gold ingots standard, with newspaper notes and silver coins constituting the circulating atmosphere. Governments too followed Gresham's Law: keeping gold and silver salaried, but paying out in follow-up.

do bank rate the credit card company (visa, mc) to use in attendance cards?

Question:and do banks also charge the stores every time someone uses a card issued by them?

Answers:
The bank charge the merchants and stores a fee (around 2-3%) for providing the equipment and the endorsement system any time someone scans a card and so on, so the store loses out slightly, but they don't own to deal beside checks, which take forever to clear.

The credit card companies similar to Mastercard are owned by the banks. For example, MC is owned by 25000 different bank, so I'm not sure if they actually foot the MC corporation but they might.

AMEX is slightly different because it's a whole separate company. They purely charge a higher excise to the merchants, which is why some don't take AMEX and do hold Visa/MC.

Other Answers:
Yes, I am sure that is how they brand name money.

Does Bank of America adopt rolled coins? Thanks?

Question:

Answers:
Sure! But they don't trust YOUR count. They will machine count it formerly paying out.

I'll bet you thought you could get rid of slugs or tokens that mode eh?

Other Answers:
Yes
i dont see why not...put your name and information number on it and they should accept it
Every hill accepts rolled coins. Some may want to individually count out the rolls, however.
I've never hear of a bank that doesn't, so yes.

I ruminate that most bank teller would appreciate rolled coins as opposed to loose ones. Makes it easier for them to count, plus cuts down on their time, because once it get to the back they hold to roll the coins if its not done already.
Another thing to hold on to in mind when going to a dune for that kind of service, especially if the wall is one where you do not own an account, is that they will charge you a payment for taking and counting your rolled coins.

I live in California and some Albertsons Food Markets enjoy coin counting machines in their store for shoppers/customers to use. The piece of equipment also deducts a small percentage charge for it's use. I find it more convenient though than going to a bank.
They may not adopt them if you do not have an description with them.
yes they will adopt
