I can notify you for a fact that Walmart does NOT allow incentivized purchases (purchases for which the contributor is given an incentive -- points, a % cash rebate, etc.).
The Walmart affiliate agreement (an affiliate is a human being or business who is allowed to get a cut of their sales) is associated below. In the past we enjoy used them in a workshop that we provide on skin care and skin cancer prevention to teen girls ages 13-15 (that's when they begin getting acne and pimples). We close to using Arbonne because you are licensed to put make-up on the girls. Which is historic since we are dealing with girls lower than the age of 18 and need parental consent. Mary Kay are not licensed! Also the products are intensely nice (I've used a couple in the past)
