When we testing them on welding they are lone able to one type of weld, which such limited education doen't work in our industry. How did the Union aid these guys for life after the grouping when they gave them unrealistic earn expectations and no extra training?

I don't think so. There are very soon labor laws on accounts that protect workers from what unions used to do. I am coalition myself, but in a different paddock. I think union have lost their bargain power as everyone thinks of alliance members as slothful. This doesn't surprise me. The member are required to go thru an apprenticeship conservatory which is paid entirely by the federation. They learn basically the basics. Our apprenticeship later for 5 years. Once they complete their schooling then they are classified as a journeyman and their settle up almost doubles. But here is the problem with adjectives unions. Once these general public graduate from apprenticeship school they are not required to pocket any other courses to up grade their position. So if that personality learned how to arc weld steel, afterwards that is adjectives they know. Here is something else - all union offer adjectives type of courses that help the bough to advance into a specialty nouns. It is left up to the contributor whether or not they want to take the course. Alot of them don't.
