Without knowing further details, it's impossible to enunciate what the logistics of that transaction are & what types of agreements Pele and the company have. More than plausible, Pele has be compensated in some approach for the use of his name.
And as far as copyrighting another's quote within your own name, that's possible not possible unless there's some sort of agreement. And you unquestionably cannot claim ownership to an image that you did not create.

I wrote an unpublished television play rear in 1982 entitled Second Time Around... end year, my favourite writer, Mary Higgins Clark, have a latest best peddler with the exact title. well various have total talent management procedures, which I guess could be approaching excellence, but I agree that a business should strive to hire the very best soul for a particular position.
