It would be easier to find a similar pattern at your local arts and craft store... but if you must do it this method.... here you go. So 5'5" is equal to 65 inches divided by 11.5 is 5.65.... or more, cuz Barbie wear short skirts that wouldn't look accurate on 90% of our population.

Nope, businesses, large or small, beyond paying the agreed upon wage within full and on time, hold no obligation what ever to their organization. Group medical insurance has become so expensive as to enjoy virtually priced itself out of the market, running personnel portions of the premiums so high that most companies that still proposal a program do so by way of toll deductible payroll withholding.
