With ACN, How can I get hold of my rear legs?
Question:I have only just joined ACN and compensated about $ 500 for training matter package. A few days after, I bought 3 digital modem unit ($68/each) with a hope of "helping" customers to retrieve their money on long distance calling. Then, I found that it's kind of expensive compare to other services if I market that to the people I know, so I don't put up for sale.Today, I check out my credit card statement. The company charges me monthly service charge of $27.00/each. Why is that? I haven't signed any contract of opening a service!
Perhap some empire succeed with lattice marketing and many society believe that it is a scam. I don't know what to say about this issue. But I want to have my money posterior. I even want to file a small claim or so.

Legally it is not a scam. Ethically it is. They hold very smart lawyer who know how to work that fine line between finding a bearing to persuade you to dispense them your money and staying within the boundries of the statute.
As far as your $500 investment goes, kiss your money goodbye. You asked for the merchandise and they were delievered. As far as the modems, you are stuck near them unless you can sell them on ebay. For the impulsive $27 charge, you can dispute it.
Technically these gimmick type of money making products walk the fine chain between being a scam and not human being a scam. LEGALLY they are not. But when you get insightful enough into the program, you realize that you own been have. As long as they deliver their "training materials" as described they are in compliance. So as long as they tender you products or services for an agreed upon price it is technically not a scam.
But when it comes to the empty and false promises, although immoral, they have not done anything wrong from a allowed perspective. There are no laws against lying unless the statements treaty directly with the product or service human being sold.
In this case, the fine print probably said that you could release people money base on the competitors regular undiscounted prices.
And one final side note- Be wary of the empire who say, "I am sorry you get scammed but my program is better and you will make money" They a moment ago see you as being another sucker.

As a rule of thumb I do not ever consider a company that make you pay for training (CD,Marketing tips, etc...) or a company that requires you to purchase product or hold inventory. Somewhere in the wording you agreed to this self done.

I know where I live we are. Our problem is that we own no competition. Only 2 major owners of every gas station around. We have someone try a number of years ago to budge against them and wound out getting their windows shot out at the station. They presently play the same activity as the rest.

I'm po' so I shop at Dollar stores alot. I just go yesterday to Dollar General for all my son's institution supplies. Got everything for under $20, very soon that's cool. Especially since I later go to Walmart to see that 1 backpack was $20 here. I buy different sorts of things everywhere I shop, but I love the everything for a dollar stores for birthday parties as they own mylar helium balloons for $1 or regular helium balloon 2 for $1. That's also where I shift for small toys for car trips or weekend stuff. Yea. My mom goes in that a lot to bother genus things taht we need and similar to crappy toys for my brother when he goes near her but thats because he begs her. Other than that we walk about once every tow weeks.
Heck yeah! I procure cleaning supplies, craft things, wrapping paper, snacks..... pretty much anything I call for. The only entity I wish they have is stuff like fresh fruits or milk.I like it for supplies similar to paper towels and bathroom cleaning supplies. Also the tea muted candles they stock burn just as long as Yankee candles. If you are burning aromatic oils this is a must! The one and singular cleaning product i don't recommend is their version of Windex. You will be doing window all year long and they will look like hell. Plus the shopping environment isn't that fun or interesting. Here we hold "Dollar Tree" its a huge place.
