Depends on where on earth you are located. Charge by the job, not by the hour. IF the client is pleased, they will hold you back again, on a regular cause. I pay 85.00 per cleaning, a crew comes surrounded by and spend about 2 1/2 - 3 hours, change all bed linens, cleans everything, including the refridgerator, dusts, mops and cleans floors, both baths spotless. The do not do laundry. Once a week, they attack one item extra, such as baseboards, inside window, etc. on a rotating basis. Once here, they do not stop..it is a flurry of work. One individual could do this in 8 hours. I live contained by Southern CA where labor is cheaper than contained by most places. My house has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths...but it is singular 1550 sq feet. Larger houses would cost more. IN the midwest, my dad pays roughly 75.00 a week for cleaning, but he is alone, has singular one bath to hold up, one bed to change, the maid does the elementary laundry (sheets, towels) and she spend about 6 hours. He have a 6000 house that does not get dirty, nor even immensely dusty. Hope this is helpful.
