The white pant and pink top are fine. Wear a closed toe shoe...to a grocery store interview even a nice clean couple of tennis shoes will be fine. The hair doesn't really situation as long as all of your frontage can be seen and doesn't look trashy.

I would recommend something relatively conserative, but the employer knows you're 16, so you don't enjoy to dress like you're 40. I would unquestionably not wear flip-flops as I am sure they are not allowed as work attire surrounded by a supermarket. I don't think the white pant and tennis shoes is a very fitting idea. Wear some nice black dress pant and definitely NOT flip flops.
