This type of message is called "phishing", a type of scam that tries to fool some unsuspecting being to give their personal information (like edge account # and social protection #) and misuse it.
Select the message and hit the "Spam" button. This tells Yahoo that this message is spam and will be delete. You won't get one and the same message from the same e-mail again.
Yahoo should also own a "Scam" button in adding up to "Spam" button, so that messages like this will be properly reported and alert society.
