If your payroll includes things like employment insurance or income plan payments that are made by the employer (not the employees), then those are payroll liability. Taxes held for remission are another example.

You have to own a proper business plan, showing exactly how you intend to develop the business, market it, operate it, and how the finances will work out. You can any go online and find template for business plans, or you can hire someone (preferably an MBA) to prepare the business plan for you. Once you have a solid business plan, its easier to take attention from bankers and venture capitalist.

I don't know exactly what idea you enjoy exactly, but the following may give you some food-for-thought:
What is Microcredit ? Muhammad Yunus January, 2003
The word "microcredit" did not exist in the past the seventies. Now it has become a buzz-word among the nouns practitioners. In the process, the word has be imputed to connote everything to everybody. No one now get shocked if somebody uses the term "microcredit" to scrounging agricultural credit, or rural credit, or cooperative credit, or consumer credit, credit from the savings and loan associations, or from credit union, or from money lenders. When someone claims microcredit has a thousand year history, or a hundred year history, nobody finds it as an exciting piece of historical information.
I surmise this is creating a lot of misunderstanding and confusion contained by the discussion about microcredit. We really don't know who is discussion about what. I am proposing that we put label to various types of microcredit so that we can clarify at the formation of our discussion which microcredit we are talking roughly speaking. This is very defining for arriving at clear conclusions, formulating right policies, designing appropriate institutions and methodologies. Instead of just adage "microcredit" we should specify which category of microcredit.
Let me suggest a broad classification of microcredit :
A) Traditional informal microcredit (such as, moneylender's credit, pawn shops, loans from friends and relatives, consumer credit contained by informal market, etc.)
B) Microcredit base on traditional informal groups (such as, tontin, su su, ROSCA, etc.)
C) Activity-based microcredit through conventional or specialised banks (such as, agricultural credit, livestock credit, fisheries credit, handloom credit, etc.)
D) Rural credit through specialised bank.
E) Cooperative microcredit (cooperative credit, credit union, reserves and loan associations, savings bank, etc.)
F) Consumer microcredit.
G) Bank-NGO partnership based microcredit.
H) Grameen type microcredit or Grameencredit.
I) Other types of NGO microcredit.
J) Other types of non-NGO non-collateralized microcredit.
This is a unbelievably quick attempt at classification of microcredit a moment ago to make a point. The point is ? every time we use the word "microcredit" we should fashion it clear which type (or cluster of types) of microcredit we are talking more or less. Otherwise we'll continue to create incessant confusion in our discussion. Needless to vote that the classification I have suggested is one and only tentative. We can refine this to allow better reading and better policy decisions. Classification can also be made surrounded by the context of the issue under discussion. I am arguing that we must discontinue using the permanent status "microcredit" or "microfinance" without identify its category.
Microcredit data are compiled and published by different organization. We find them useful. I propose that while publishing these facts we identify the category or categories of microcredit respectively organization provides. Then we can prepare another set of crucial information ? number of poor borrowers, and their gender composition, loan disbursed, loan outstanding, match of savings, etc. below each of these category, countrywise, regionwise, and globally.
These sets of information will bring up to date us which category of microcredit is serving how many poor borrowers, their masculinity break-up, their growth during a year or a period, loans disbursed, loans outstanding, funds, etc. The categories which are doing better, more support can move about in their direction. The category which are doing poorly may be helped to promote their performance. For policy-maters this will be incredibly helpful. For analysis purpose this will take home a world of difference.
I urge Microcredit Summit Campaign secretariat to present the information that they already collect on number of clients, number of the poorest among them, number of poorest clients that are women, number of clients that have crossed the poverty file ? broken down for each of the category of microcredit. This will help donors to select the category they would like to support. This sorting out is completely important for the donors, as ably as the policymakers.
Grameencredit
Whenever I use the word "microcredit" I actually own in mind Grameen type microcredit or Grameencredit. But if the entity I am talking to understand it as some other category of microcredit my arguments will not make any sense to him. Let me chronicle below the distinguishing features of Grameencredit. This is an exhaustive list of such features. Not every Grameen type programme have all these features present contained by the programme. Some programmes are strong in some of the features, while others are strong within some other features. But on the whole they display a standard convergence to some basic features on the justification of which they introduce themselves as Grameen replication programmes or Grameen type programmes.
General features of Grameencredit are :
a) It promotes credit as a human right.
b) Its mission is to help the poor family to help themselves to overcome poverty. It is targeted to the poor, conspicuously poor women.
c) Most distinctive feature of Grameencredit is that it is not base on any collateral, or legally enforceable contracts. It is base on "trust", not on legal procedures and system.
d) It is offered for creating self-employment for income-generating events and housing for the poor, as opposed to consumption.
e) It be initiated as a challenge to the conventional bank which rejected the poor by classifying them to be "not creditworthy". As a result it rejected the basic methodology of the conventional bank and created its own methodology.
f) It provides service at the door-step of the poor based on the principle that the relatives should not go to the hill, bank should step to the people.
g) In decree to obtain loans a borrower must join up a group of borrowers.
h) Loans can be received in a continuous sequence. New loan become available to a borrower if her previous loan is repaid.
i) All loans are to be paid subsidise in instalments (weekly, or bi-weekly).
j) Simultaneously more than one loan can be received by a borrower
k) It comes near both obligatory and voluntary stash programmes for the borrowers.
l) Generally these loans are given through non-profit organizations or through institutions owned primarily by the borrowers. If it is done through for-profit institutions not owned by the borrowers, pains are made to keep the interest rate at a height which is close to a level commensurate near sustainability of the programme rather than bringing attractive return for the investors. Grameencredit's thumb-rule is to save the interest rate as close to the market rate, prevailing within the commercial banking sector, as possible, lacking sacrificing sustainability. In fixing the interest rate open market interest rate is taken as the reference rate, fairly than the moneylenders' rate. Reaching the poor is its non-negotiable mission. Reaching sustainability is a directional goal. It must accomplish sustainability as soon as possible, so that it can expand its outreach without fund constraints.
m) Grameencredit give high priority on building social wealth. It is promoted through formation of groups and centres, developing direction quality through annual see of group and centre leaders, elect board members when the institution is owned by the borrowers. To develop a social agenda owned by the borrowers, something similar to the "sixteen decisions", it undertake a process of intensive discussion among the borrowers, and encourage them to thieve these decisions seriously and implement them. It give special emphasis on the formation of human funds and concern for protecting environment. It monitors children's education, provides scholarship and student loans for higher schooling. For formation of human capital it make efforts to bring technology, close to mobile phones, solar power, and promote mechanical power to replace instruction manual power.
Grameencredit is based on the premise that the poor enjoy skills which remain unutilised or under-utilised. It is definitely not the famine of skills which make poor populace poor. Grameen believes that the poverty is not created by the poor, it is created by the institutions and policies which surround them. In order to stamp out poverty all we stipulation to do is to make appropriate change in the institutions and policies, and/or create hot ones. Grameen believes that charity is not an answer to poverty. It only help poverty to continue. It creates dependency and take away individual's initiative to break through the wall of poverty. Unleashing of energy and creativity within each human anyone is the answer to poverty.
Grameen brought credit to the poor, women, the illiterate, the people who pleaded that they did not know how to invest money and earn an income. Grameen created a methodology and an institution around the financial desires of the poor, and created access to credit on reasonable occupancy enabling the poor to build on their existing skill to earn a better income contained by each cycle of loans.
If donors can frame categorywise microcredit policies they may overcome some of their discomforts. General policy for microcredit surrounded by its wider sense, is bound to be devoid of focus and sharpness.

what are the best franchises to acquire into?
Question:i am looking a contract cleaning franchises are they any good?Answers:
Franchises don't succeed because of their "name". That's not why you buy into a franchise. You buy into a franchise because they provide the business structure and effective tools that independent business owners simply don't have the scholarship to create.
I would NEVER suggest a person unstop their own business without first have witnessed, first hand, the structure of a okay organized franchise, and I don't mean as some hourly member of staff. You don't see the structure from that position.
Franchises offer structure and support that assist your business succeed at a MUCH higher rate than independently operate businesses. You are right in inquiring out a franchise.
Having said that, all franchises are not created equal. Likely, the larger franchise's systems are better, as they enjoy resulted in more nouns for the company. G00GLE "franchise" and you'll find many different websites that enjoy dozens, or even hundreds of franchises to preview. You can order information to review straight from these websites for free. There will be information nearly cleaning franchises also. It's a solid market that continues to grow.

Who get remunerated to do online surveys?
Question:and who does it for free?Answers:
The rule, as always, is to stay away from those that ask you to settle up before you can grasp these surveys.
Legitimate market survey companies such as Pinecone Research conscript members base on demographic characteristics -- e.g. mothers of babies 0-12 years old -- and will transport surveys of products and services targeting this demographic group. Pinecone Research, however, pays solely $5 per survey -- you're definitely not going to be rich beside that. They can give you anywhere from 1-5 at most surveys within a month.
Other companies simply ask you to answer as many research as possible, and you don't earn anything of late the chance to win at a raffle (which I find lame).
The article "Earning Money from Surveys" provide a short schedule of legitimate bazaar research firms and contains explanations of what to look for when joining surveys (and weeding out the fraudulent ones)

Do you suppose a DIY, or do-it-yourself smoothie place would work?
Question:I work at a smoothie place, and I was thinking so much money could be save on labor if you let the customers label and blend the smoothies themselves. We have so frequent people making the smoothies that the labor ends up costing profusely. In my opinion, I have an idea that it doesn't take much skill to take home and blend a smoothie, why not just tolerate the customers make them?
DIY Smoothies could shrink the price of a smoothie, provide a fun experience for the customer and increase the profitability of a typical smoothie joint.
Would it work?
Answers:
It is a appropriate way to enjoy customer involvement. How about have a little of both....There's would be a sector where customers can own someone make it for them and next at one end within are blenders provided to let them do it themselves (with someone standing by to ensure that they are doing blending correctly and safely).
I'm not sure how much profit will increase ... if anything what going on for waste? What if a customer make a smoothie that "does't turn out right?" Or if they use too much fruit versus liquid and vice versa. the concept is honourable start....good luck w/ your research.
Other Answers:
Sounds resembling a great idea!
That sounds great! I would go to a place close to that. Good luck on your endeavor. Here is my thoughts, seems approaching a DIY smoothie place would run into sanitation problems. You would have to take home everyone cleanse in front of you, and consequently not touch or cross contaminate ingredients, basically you would enjoy to take every customer through the food handler class, before they could construct a smoothie. Or run the risk of being sued into nothingness.
It sounds approaching a good perception. When I was younger we used to jump to a make your own sundae place. Of course they made them as very well and sold other items like rime cream cakes and shakes etc... Similar to a salad public house, or buffet dining which is all over the place very soon. I would definately go to a Make Your Own Smoothie place.
No. Most nation buy smoothies because they want a quick lunchtime or treat. Unless you reduced the DIY priced-smoothie well below the average of $3-6, you're not going to be successful. Sorry. Most costumers to places like that are on the travel. A reason why ethnic group eat outside their homes, or buy a milkshake at a fastfood place, its because they dont wanna do the work themselves. I agree that it would recover the business money, but after a while you will lose some customers who prefer to have things done for them. Great perception but it wouldn't work. You would have health-inspector issues out the wazzooo. Best to maintain you labor costs down by getting more productivity out of your people.
it could be interesting, but there are sanctuary and cleanliness issues. i used to work at a smoothie place and it was strong enough keeping it verbs with in recent times a couple of people at the rear the counter!
There would have to be family to supervise the people who are making the smothies. I intuitively think that it wont work, population could make profusely of mess and could damage the equipment.I not sure. Most people will not work for money. I doubt they would income to work. I think so...because consequently they can make it how they want it, and most population enjoy hand on things like that.
Smoothies are fast food, even though some are forceful. People buy fast food because it is in place fast. I don't see an entertainment attraction in preparing a smoothie; it's not fun or glamorous. The DIY hypothesis is a good one, but not for smoothies. An example of a successful DIY business is bear bears (great ancestral activity). I would study their business model. Sorry, I do not remember the mark of the company but I have see it in a few malls.
In adjectives honesty, if I wanted to engender a smoothie myself, I'd make it at home. There's such a place already - it's called my kitchen.

Be honest! Give an accurate and brief description of your item with 1 or 2 clear pictures. Start your bidding at the lowest price that you will trade it for. If you don't have much invested, start low...if it is something that those really want, it will get bid high. Also, ship the item within 2 days of reception the payment! It ensure a positive feedback rating. Make sure you package the item ably, so that it does not break, during the shipping process and require insurance for anything considered FRAGILE. That way it does not cost you, if it does break within transit. Maintaining a positive feedback rating can mean the difference within selling your items too! It assures people that you are a trusted wholesaler. Skip all the fancy stuff...you really don't have need of to go BOLD...merely capitalize all of your words surrounded by the item title and make sure you right to be heard things like Mint condition or righteous...NIP (New in package). I hold done quite in good health...I keep the cost of my listings down low so as not to diminish my profit! Accept payments through paypal and or money instructions. It is the safest way to turn!

what websites can i go my books on?
Question:New and used books is what i haveAnswers:
I approaching half.com (owned by eBay) for selling books. Unless you are a high-volume dealer, the fees are less on partially.com than on Amazon.
Some people approaching eBay, but I like the certainty that on half.com (1) I set a price and (2) the information bank stays up at no cost until the item sells. There is no financial risk at adjectives in selling on partly.com. They will also give you a "storefront" where on earth shoppers can search adjectives of your items for sale. There is no cost for this.
There are other sites that flog books, but many hold monthly fees that will quickly rub away any potential profit.
