Ok, I don't enjoy a final answer but I can maybe point you surrounded by the right direction. I am assuming that you know that GDP is gross domestic product, or the total output of final goods & services in the US borders. Fiscal spending or fiscal policy, along with monetary policy is used by the senate to help control the cycles contained by the economy. GDP is made up of consumer spending, investment, policy spending and net exports. So GDP=C+I+G+NX. So I guess the short answer would be since administration spending makes up part of the pack of GDP an increase in management spending would increase GDP. I feel resembling it might be more complicated though......Ok my textbook says Fiscal Policy affects the discount through its affects on aggregate demand, affairs of state capital formation and incentives.
