It sounds like a honourable idea to me, but i don't see why we aren't on gas rations approaching we were diring WWII.
It wouldn't work. Most of the 'small' gas stations still return with their fuel from the big providers. There is no shortage of crude oil, the companies are newly getting greedy and that is the truth. Exxon Mobile made three-hundred billion dollars within profit for 2005, that the most in history! So where on earth is the shortage? We get more grease from South America than any where else, look it up. Educate yourself.
