Age probably doesn't matter, it may even be beneficial for you to be young at heart. I would recommend maybe taking darkness classes in hotel and tourism. It may give a hand the employer see your motivated.
It does not matter. What matter is that you have the experience and that you don't win that cocky attitude that some young race get when they carry jobs approaching that. just hang on to a mature professional attitude and they will own no reason to even verbs about your age.
There's no substitute for years of experience surrounded by a particular industry. At age 20 you've have experience, but not enough to be a well-trained, knowledgable hotel officer. You believe you are because you have not but been exposed to adjectives that a manager may hold to do, the difficult decisions to be made that are out of the uninteresting day-to-day and for that you need to fully developed and grow in the institute. Take classes while you're there and procure a mentor, but 20 is too early. Perhaps not for you, but for the hotel ownership, it is.
