I sold cars and had to dress professionally, but the guys who be there for a year or more get to wear polo style shirts. I wasn't allowed to do so. Just ask them. I think you can wear sleeveless stuff as long as it fits right and isn't too revealing! And I wear flip flops to the organization all the time and I don't consider anyone is too concerned! But we are kinda laid back! You might look over the dress code rules at your work or discuss it near someone higher up that you are close next to! I'm sure they will let you know what is appropriate atire at your place of business!! Or if your manager are doing it go for it and see if you obtain in trouble! Good luck beside that and always look cute!!
