I don't understand why they can't stop these scamsters:I preserve getting foreign emails asking me to send them money.
I see auctions on ebay (mostly from the UK) that are measurable frauds. There are tons of others.
In every case, someone is asking money to be sent overseas.
In 2006, you'd judge that they'd be able to trace every wage made to these scamsters. At some point, someone has to brass the check, or pick up the western union money, currency the money order etc. Why can't they obtain interpol on these guys. In the digital age, EVERYTHING should be traceable.

Many of the countries that support the majority of these frauds don't care. Or, they in fact encourage the fraud. According to one report, the Nigerian 419 scam is the 3rd to 5th largest industry surrounded by Nigeria. Whilt there are plenty of nation there trying to stop this fraud, here are also plenty that are actively encouraging it.
As to Western Union scams, most of these work contained by short bursts. The scammers switch identities so in haste that it would be almost impossible to keep up beside them.

Real estate values go up over time... Why is indisputable estate a sure bet? Like most things, real estate follows the ruling of supply and demand. But there's a detain! Even though the demand (population) steadily increases, the supply doesn't swing. There isn't ever going to be any more land!
That's a pretty compelling point to invest in authentic estate. But buying real estate is easier said than done. With prices already sky-high, coming up near the required down payment, not to mention the monthly payments, isn't doable for frequent.
