I hear the price of eggs go down during Easter. Is this true? If so, what cause this?
It the demand go up, shouldn't the price go up also?Answers:
Yes, supply and emergency applies. But also the store gets things cheaper the more they buy.
Also, they can flog you the cheaper eggs and make money on the stuff you buy along near it--egg dye, milk, bread, pens, newspaper, etc. It's called a "loss leader" connotation they may take a loss on the lower price of the eggs and craft up for it just by the other stuff you buy along near it in that trip to the grocery store.
Other Answers:
interesting, I thought it would be the contrasting since, as you said, demand go up price therefore price should also step up (assuming supply remains the same).
Supply and demand. Everybody needs/wants eggs on Easter so farmers and store owners can market them for less and general public will still buy
because people are within the mood to buy a lot of eggs, seller take good thing of this by encouraging people to BUY more eggs.
Yes typically if constraint goes up so does price, but that single works as supply goes down, contained by this case here is such an abundance of eggs here is barely a dent made surrounded by the supply!
Explain the difference between a example and a population.?
Answers:
A sample is other a subset of the population. If you measure every contestant of the population, you did a "census."
Other Answers:
Population refers to the entire group of people you are studying. Your token is just the number that you are in reality observing.
For example: a popluation may be adjectives English men ages 18-35. This would be millions of people. In writ to make your experiment managable, you could use a indication of 1,000 randomly select people who fit that description.
a preview should reflect the chosen population, but does not anticipate going out and asking the whole population. Say that I own 10 girls and 20 boys in the population, the preview could be 5 girls and 10 boys, so that the ratio is the same from taster to population. It won't be that simple in material life, but nought ever is.
a sample is a subset of the population. Example: All females out of the entire univeristy.
What forms would I involve to crawl out to brand a NON-PROFIT ORG.?
HELPAnswers:
thylawyer you're right, see a lawyer near nonprofit experience. Here's a punch list of what you'll involve to do, in instruct:
1) file non-profit articles of incorporation next to your state secretary of state
2) adopt bylaws
3) get Federal Entity Identification Number (see interconnect to online Form SS-4 below)
4) download Form 1023 from IRS website (www.irs.gov), and fill it out (which will whip a while)
5) download Form 2848 from IRS website, fill out
6) download Form 8821 (if you want to authorize a 3d do to correspond with IRS for you, such as your atty)
7) record those things with IRS, beside the filing payment, and wait for IRS response.... from what I hear, it is taking over 6 months of late to get responses in our day. IRS rep will typically write a letter asking question for additional info, you respond next to answers and if they ask more questions, verbs until (hopefully) they give you your 501(c)(3) designation.
Review IRS Publication 557 for any question, but be warned, it's a doozy. Good luck. Really, consider a advocate....
Other Answers:
You should really see a CPA for that. It will depend on a lot of factor, and a CPA is well worth the money anytime you're setting up a business.
Goto the Secretary of State webiste for anything state you are incorporating in. This does not own to be the state you do business in, however it does connote you have to directory also in the state you will do business contained by. However-some states have a reduced amount of requirements. Like Delaware I think its the most minuscule strict.
As the previous poster said, see a CPA.
IRS is cheaper than CPA and will answer your questions.

There are several issues to consider up to that time you try to set up a new nonprofit:
Structure
Nonprofits differ significantly from partnership or sole proprietorships:
* A nonprofit is controlled by a board of directors
* There is no private ownership or personal financial interest
* Success is more likely if a nonprofit is started by a group a bit than an individual
* If you want sole control and decision-making power this is not a fitting choice
* You cannot sell a nonprofit
Funding
Many general public think it is relatively straightforward to obtain forfeit funding to support a nonprofit. This is not necessarily true.
* A nonprofit must have tax-exempt status to apply for grant or solicit tax-deductible contributions
* Competition for grants is lofty
* Funders prefer to fund organizations beside a track record
* New organization should plan for several years of low/no funding unless a funder has already stepped forward
Community Support
Nonprofits are regularly created by individuals with a strong personal mirage. This can be a tremendous help, but sometimes ends up a stumbling block:
* Nonprofits are intended to fill a community want
* Most successful nonprofits are started by a group of people who share the delirium AND the responsibility
* Individuals who want to start a nonprofit will be more successful if they can involve others in their fantasy
* The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) looks for evidence of community support in evaluation of applications for tax-exempt status
Maintenance
Since most individuals who start nonprofits are motivated by the desire to provide a particular program or service they recurrently fail to realize that in that is a significant amount of administration required:
Areas you must attend to if you hope to succeed:
* Board support & nouns
* Fiscal management
* IRS & state reporting requirements
* Insurance and risk government
* Grant writing & other fund raising
It is critical to own enough moving participants to share the responsibility for these tasks. Organizations that depend on one or two society for these tasks have a illustrious rate of failure.

A CPA? Don't bother. See a attorney, preferably one with non-profit experience. The usual route is to incorporate as a non-profit, which merely means you don't own stockholders. Forms can be found on line or at places approaching Staples or legal stationers (places that flog forms to lawyers), but I strongly suggest you do not rely on forms. After you are incorporated, you need to contact the IRS (online) and catch your federal tax ID number. If you want to know how to accept contributions or tax-exempt gifts, you stipulation to apply for charitable organization status. IRS Forms and guides available online. You may also hold to register as a charity with a state agency.
Idaho..Work To Right..What right does the hand own if any to carry on our employment?
I injuried my shoulder on the job. This is a nursing home and I fell contained by the shower while helping a resident. (Injury was 1/39/2005...have surgery 8/12/2005). I had to enjoy surgery and I was put on lite duty. Now after this time, my shoulder is curative, however, I do not have the strength i.e. needed for transfering and helping the residents for their safety and mine. I enjoy been told by my employer that when they receive the treatise work from the Doctor, I will be polietly, but promptly escorted out the door and off the property.I own contacted the Idaho Industrial Commission. However, with the right to work within Idaho, if the employer will not work with me and tender me another position, it is a good item that I have be looking for other employment already. So bascially we as employees hold no rights at all within Idaho, is that right?
Answers:
It's pretty simple:
If you are not able to do the position that you be hired to do, your employer is able to stop midstream your employment. There's no reason for him to reimburse full wages to you when when someone else can do the full job for like wage. And putting you in a lighter position is manner gesture, employer aren't entitled to do that.
Good luck finding a new chore.

what punishment can i receive for signature fraud?

I think it is a Felony. so lots of incarcerate time.

It depends what you signed. Did you sign someone else's name to a check? Did you sign a important person's name and go the autograph? Did you sign your own name to a check knowing you have no money to cover it? Did you sign your grandfather's name to a Power of Attorney?
In almost adjectives these cases, the real crime is pinching by deceit. If the breaking and entering is over a certain curb (sometimes as low as $100.00) it will be considered a felony. If you have prior convictions, you may be facing several years contained by jail.

Managerial job, are they both duplicate contained by small and ample organization?
Answers:
I have be a manager contained by both large and small organization and can tell you they are exceedingly different. Both require you to interact with family, and therefore culture skills are required and important. However, recurrently in smaller organization the manager wishes a broader skillset. In larger organizations, the manager can often "specialize" and be responible for a small chunk of the process, still having a colossal span of control. For example, at the warehouse where I be a manager, I be responsible for a small part of the process - command picking. That was it. Just distribute people out to pick the directives. They did not pack them, did not put the stuff on the shelves, just took a compact disc or book off the shelf and put it surrounded by a tote to send to the subsequent department. But I had 45 workforce and more than 100 at christmas time. That was a full-size organization. When I manage a warehouse in a smaller institute, I had individual 12 employees, but I be responsible for receiving, stocking, shipping as okay as payroll and safety and services, along with managing my 12 employeees. So it can be impressively different being a head in a small body compared to a large one.
Other Answers:
No. In larger companies you will be more specialized. In a small company you will hold more opportunities.
Small companies enjoy a loose hierarchy and a boss may preside over different areas as needed. The manager may also be a hands-on guy and work alongside subordinates.
In a big company, managers enjoy a more defined role and preside over projects or daily tasks. This commissioner usually is not hands on.
what is "organization size"?
Answers:
Um, it's just the size of the firm. It's probably measured within terms of number of personnel.
LOTTERY; will it other be a dream?
I mean, luck? How, or when it will obtain to you?Answers:
Successful people craft their own luck. Passively waiting for it is a loser's game. Successful culture gamble where on earth the odds are contained by their favor, by starting needed businesses or buying stock in promising companies, for example. Losers wage where the likelihood are against them. The healthier losers bid this "entertainment", the unhealthy losers desire sympathy for their losses, and the delusional losers call this "investing".
And remember in the lead the lottery is as frequently a nightmare as a dream come true. Unless you give it adjectives away to charity, you can never trust any non-rich person to close to you for yourself instead of your money.
Other Answers:
It won't. Save your money.

Analytical ranking process?
Answers:
Analytical Hierarchy Process
AHP is especially suitable for complex decisions which involve the comparison of judgment elements which are difficult to quantify. It is based on the assumption that when face with a complex finding the natural human criticism is to cluster the decision elements according to their adjectives characteristics.
It involves building a hierarchy (Ranking) of result elements and then making comparisons between respectively possible pair contained by each cluster (as a matrix). This give a weighting for each thing within a cluster (or horizontal of the hierarchy) and also a consistency ratio (useful for checking the consistency of the data).
The Analytical Hierarchy Process Model was designed by TL Saaty as a conclusion making aid.
Saaty TL, 1980, The Analytic Hierarchy Process, NY, McGraw Hill.
Other Answers:
The Analytic Hierarchy Process relies on three fundamental assumptions:
Preferences for different alternatives depend on separate criteria which can be reasoned about independently and given numerical score.
The score for a given criteria can be calculated from sub-criteria. That is, the criteria can be arranged contained by a hierarchy, and the chalk up at each horizontal of the hierarchy can be calculated as a weighted sum of the lower plane scores.
At a given horizontal, suitable scores can be calculated from simply pairwise comparisons.

what is international strategy?

International strategy is referring to the road companies make choices roughly speaking how to develop and use the resources they have available to them - internationally. They want to use adjectives the resources they can...at the lowest cost to them, to achieve their international target. In short...I think international strategy is have the company 'adapt' to its surroundings to achieve its purpose.
