Have you tried just flat out asking her "what's the problem" she might not even know it herself. Otherwise, avoid her at adjectives cost except when you have to business with her. Well it depends on what she is doing and who she is contained by relation to you. Is she someone that you report to or is she just a coworker? If she is only just a coworker ask her if you could speak to her in private and next ask her what the problem is. Be nice about it dont name her a b*tch, but tell her that you sense some nouns from her and you would like to know why?
If that doesnt work travel to your supervisor and tell them that they stipulation to intervene because she is creating a hostile workplace. That usually sends up red flares and they will do something about it or risk you going to someone contained by HR and making a formal complaint.
