I have lost several packages sent to my ebay buyers through USPS -- and adjectives of them have abdication confirmation. One thing I found out is that confinement confirmation is useless for tracking lost packages.
One showed that I actually give it to the post office on that date and time -- but did not show anything else after that. When I enter the tracking number it showed that I did sent it out but it never arrived to the customer. All you can do is to fill out a missing parcel form, but within my experience, I've never been competent to find them again.

First, if she did it at H&R Bock, call them and transmit them or her that you want a copy of it, you should have gotten it when it be done .
Second, if for any reason you can't do that, afterwards call the IRS, and be sure you hold the exact refund amount of your return, as they will ask this for certification, they will send you a copy, and probably for a charge...............
H&R Block should have a copy of it that they should provide to you if you request it. You can also call for the IRS and request a transcript of your return. You may need to stress to them that you don't want what's call a "record of account" transcript, of late a transcript of the return. (The record of vindication will show all kind of stuff not on your return; the transcript will not look like your return, but it will show what be on each flash of your return and is fine to use for your records within place of the original return.)
