the best way to ship is USPS Priority Mail. they are usually the cheapest for the shipment. fedex and UPS always tack on extra charges to transport to a home instead of a buisness.
if you are serious about shipping on ebay, buy a ascend that hooks up to your computer. I have one that downloads modern shipping prices every time the post office raise the price. then it will confer you an exact shipping price for the weight of the item. (talk to the post department about the level; they usually sell them)
