Its the opposite of what happen in China. And it aint because they`re making smaller number than everyone else or don`t get tips, its because they own a horrible culture full of horrible people next to no respect for one another.
Id answer: It means that my customer walk away feeling close to I`ve done all I could to oblige them. I never feel truly happy unless I see them walk away beside a smile.
