Hi, i want to know how i create 2 paypals with 1 sandbank card.. I wanna give channel the secound paypal to a friend, but i want the paypal to be emty and that he cant use my bank card.. How do i do it? i want to formulate an account to him, short him using my money that lies on my 1 paypal?

My boyfriend can't manipulate his money. How can I gain him to work next to me so he can recompense his bills in good time?
