On may 23rd 2007 my husband and i filed for chapter 7 bankrutcy. We hold to file for taxes. will the collapse hurt the chances of us getting more money rear legs on our taxes?Answers: I don't think so. That have nothing to do next to the chapter 7 filing. When I file bankruptcy, It be prior to tax hours of daylight and when I filed I get back money. But adjectives my debts were cleared. I kept my truck and adjectives my gas cards and a couple of dept stores cards. You can find out from the bankruptcy court if in attendance will be any problems with your duty return.
yes, any money that you are to get stern will go to the command. The only equity you can seize is from your house but that would have come out duplicate time you filed for bankrupcy.
When writing a personal check, do you call for to write the word "dollars" surrounded by the amount?
My checks already say "Dollars" at the running out of the space where you write the amount. I know profusely of people write the word "dollars" anyway, e.g., "Two hundred and seventy-five DOLLARS and 25/100."Sometimes this can filch up a lot of space, though. Is it really compulsory?
Answers: No.
I usually write:
Seventeen & no/100------------------------------
Three hundred twelve & 76/100--------------------------
Eighty-four & 06/100-----------------------------
Don't put an "and" in your dollar amount. It's not "Two hundred and seventy-five" - it's of late "Two hundred seventy-five" - the "and" is for the cents.
No, it's not really necessary. If it say DOLLARS at the end already, there's really no obligation to take up space writing a word that's already within.
I always write mine similar to this
"Two hundred seventy-five & 25/100."
Right to the point!
I never write 'Dollars' for the same function you say, because it's printed here on the check.
But I think within some places, though, there might be a grill about what currency the check be written for. In Europe for instance, it could be Francs or Euros. If I wrote a check to someone in Canada or Australia it could be a problem because it a short time ago says 'Dollars', not 'US Dollars'. (It's never be a problem though.)
No, it is not necessary.
Can i begin a checking acct contained by Mexico?
am about to move to mexico for 6 months or longer and i be thinking of opening an acct in attendance can i do that from the US?i wanted to use banamex
or anny other mexican bank that i can open from the US?
Answers: I hold used many accounts overseas. Generally what I do is unseal an account within the US that has a branch within the area that I want to dance to stay. I then progress to the bank branch and "move it" to the local branch -- depending on the local law, there are usually rules on deposits and withdrawls contained by US currency and how to get it converted... but usually it is easier to already own an established account than to friendly one fresh.
